Tuition payments are based on a yearly rate, which we break down into 10 monthly installments. If you choose to pay your tuition in full upon registration, we offer a 10% discount.

Monthly installments are due on the 1st of every month. If your installment is recieved after the 10th of the month, your account will be assessed a $25 late fee. There is a $35 fee for all returned checks.

There is a $50 Costume Deposit per class due with October’s Installment. This deposit is Non-Refundable. Costume balances are charged in January. If a child drops a class after January 1st, the parent is responsible for the balance of the costume. Each costume requires show tights that are not included in the costume price. Tights must be purchased through Downtown Dance Academy to ensure every student has the same color and style.

Any class with less then 4 students will be cancelled or merged with another class.

If a child withdraws from a class, we need to be notified in writing. If withdrawal occurs mid-month, the parent is still responsible for that monthly installment, along with any unpaid costumes, tights, etc.

Accounts must be up to date and June’s installment must be paid in order to purchase recital tickets. Recital video’s, t-shirt’s, etc. are optional and can not be purchased after order deadlines.
